Monthly Hosting or Financing - Invoices / Statements

All invoices are sent to the E-mail address we have on file for you or your company, or both. Invoices can be sent by US Postal Service for a $2.00 handling/printing fee!

Monthly recurring invoices will be sent between the 12th and the 18th of each month.
Payment is due by the 1st of the month. Late charges of $20.00 or 18.5% which ever is greatest per account or job number are added on the 1st day after the due date.
Accounts past due 10 days past the due date will be deactivated.
There is a $25.00 reactivation fee!* Accounts that are deactivated for 10 days are removed from the server and a server setup fee of $25.00 will also apply.

All other invoices / statements for work such as Design, Site updates, Server upgrades and etc. are sent to the E-mail address we have on file for you or your company, or both if requested.

Hosting packages start at $10.00 per month when paid by the year.
